Do you offer discounts?

How do I send a gift?
Simply choose a gift from our collection and 'add to cart'. A box will appear for you to write a gift message for the included handwritten card. Complete the checkout information and we will email you when your order is sent.
Are all cards actually handwritten?
Yes. All messages are written by a real person. We do not use particular fonts or computers when writing cards. Please add any special requests (like a smiley face) by leaving a note in the gift message box when ordering.
How do I know what the handwritten card & gift look like?
We will send an email of your gift and card through to your email address supplied.
When will my gift be delivered?
The New Look Gift Emporium is based on the sunny Gold Coast in Queensland. We deliver via courier or express post. Gifts are sent same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. Our delivery times are not guaranteed however below is an indication of our current delivery speeds.
Shipping to:
- Gold Coast - usually same day if ordered before 2pm except during peak ordering periods where it will be the next business day.
- Tweed/Northern NSW, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra - next business day if order is placed before 2pm except occasionally if your receiver lives in an outer suburb it can be 2 days.
- Cairns, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Townsville, Darwin and surrounds - as speedy as possible but usually allow 2-3 days especially if your receiver is in a remote location.
Please note, The New Look is unable to guarantee delivery times. We will leave your delivery at the door if it is deemed safe with an authority to leave.
