If the product advertised and supplied by the New Look Australia matches that which was ordered and received to you, albeit the stamped characters are different, then no refunds will be provided due the goods being either personalised, used or unable to be reused or repurposed.

Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.
Environmental and Operating Conditions
1. Any leather bag product has the following environmental and operating conditions and constraints for its acceptable use:
1.1 Acceptable Temperature Range Use or Exposure - ( -5 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius)
1.2 Acceptable Operating Conditions - Treated with care in use and handling and not exposed to frost, rain, harsh sun, dirt, grime, physical conditions (e.g. flexing, stretching, throwing, pulling), cleaning agents and any chemical exposure that could directly or indirectly react with the inside or outside of the bag or any of its material including its stamping.
Termination of Access
Access to this website may be terminated at any time by us without notice. Our disclaimer will nevertheless survive any such termination.
Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, all promotions are permitted for one use per customer, are available only while stocks last, and are not to apply in conjunction with any other offer or towards the purchase of a gift-card. For promotions which involve a complimentary or discounted item, said complimentary or discounted item cannot at any stage be exchanged for another item, nor refunded or returned due to a product fault.

"Leather Bag product" means any product sold by The New Look, us, that is made from real or synthetic related material that has personalised characters stamped on it.
"Member" means a customer that has registered their details with The New Look website or any additional service (e.g. applications or network services or social media channel and platforms).
"Member Emails" means emails that are sent by The New Look to approved member email profiles.
"Member Profile" means the personal details of a customer that has joined any service provided by The New Look.
"Member Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
"Personalisation or personalised characters" means only an English upper-case character (A-Z) used to stamp on a product.
"Refund" the legislative requirement for a product reversal, credit or substitute.
"Rewards" means rewards or other benefits given to Members or Customers as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions.
"Social media channel" means any application, platform used as part of the direct or indirect service in providing additional content.
"The New Look" means registered business The New Look and also the company The New Look Pty Ltd.
"Technical Issues" means the technical malfunction of any website or any additional service (e.g. applications or network services or social media channel and platforms).
"Website" refers to the www.thenewlook.com.au or thenewlook.com.au.
